There were 546 students enrolled in Dawson ISD schools in the 2022-23 school year, 3.8% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 50.5% of them were boys, and 49.5% were girls.

Data also shows that the majority of students were white, representing 58.1% of the Dawson ISD total enrollment.

Dawson ISD roughly covers schools within Navarro County with its main office in Dawson.

Among the two schools in Dawson ISD, Dawson Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 281 students in the 2022-23 school year.
