On April 10th, 2025, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Security and Verification Enforcement (SAVE) Act, aimed at enhancing border security and improving immigration enforcement. The bill, which is co-sponsored by Congressman Jake Ellzey, seeks to implement verification measures to strengthen the immigration system.

“As an original co-sponsor of the SAVE Act, I’m proud to see it pass the House,” Congressman Ellzey stated. “This bill strengthens our immigration system by implementing much-needed verification measures.
