At approximately 11 a.m., Senate expects to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur in the amendment of the House of Representatives to the amendment of the Senate to H.R. 4346, Legislative Branch Appropriations Act (the legislative vehicle for the CHIPS Act), with Schumer Amendment No. 5135.
(Senate will recess from 12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. for their respective party conferences.)
