Olsen, of Maryland, to be an Assistant Attorney General, and Christopher H. Schroeder, of North Carolina, to be Assistant Attorney General, both of the Department of Justice; that upon disposition of the nomination of Christopher H. Schroeder, Senate continue consideration of the nomination of Hampton Y. Dellinger, of North Carolina, to be an Assistant Attorney General, post-cloture; that at 2:30 p.m., Senate vote on confirmation of the nominations of Hampton Y. Dellinger, of North Carolina, to be an Assistant Attorney General, and Elizabeth Prelogar, of Idaho, to be Solicitor General of the United States, both of the Department of Justice, prior to vote on the motions to invoke cloture on the nominations of Beth Robinson, of Vermont, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit, and Toby J. Heytens, of Virginia, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fourth Circuit, in the order listed; provided further, that if cloture is invoked on any nominations during the session of Thursday, October 28, 2021, all post-cloture time expire immediately and Senate vote on confirmation of the nominations at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Republican Leader.
