Olsen, of Maryland, to be an Assistant Attorney General, and Christopher H. Schroeder, of North Carolina, to be Assistant Attorney General, both of the Department of Justice; that upon disposition of the nomination of Christopher H. Schroeder, Senate continue consideration of the nomination of Hampton Y. Dellinger, of North Carolina, to be an Assistant Attorney General, post-cloture; that at 2:30 p.m., Senate vote on confirmation of the nominations of Hampton Y. Dellinger, of North Carolina, to be an Assistant Attorney General, and Elizabeth Prelogar, of Idaho, to be Solicitor General of the United States, both of the Department of Justice, prior to vote on the motions to invoke cloture on the nominations of Beth Robinson, of Vermont, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit, and Toby J.
