Under clause 3 of rule XII, petitions and papers were laid on the clerk's desk and referred as follows:
PT-64. The SPEAKER presented a petition of the City Council of Honolulu, Hawaii, relative to Resolution 21-155, urging the President, Congress and the United States Secretary of Education to cancel Federal student loan debt; to the Committee on Education and Labor.
PT-65. Also, a petition of the St. Charles Parish Council, relative to Resolution No. 6577, in support of resuming Federal Offshore Leasing in the Gulf of Mexico; to the Committee on Natural Resources.
