City of Chandler issued the following announcement on Aug. 18
The Chandler City Council will hold a Budget Public Hearing at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, August 31, 2020 to receive comments on the FY 2022 Proposed Operating Budget. You are urged to attend and express your views. The City’s Proposed Budget is posted on the City’s Website www.chandlertx.com under City Budgets and available for inspection at the City’s Secretary’s Office.
“This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year’s budget by $98,533 or 10.50%, and of that amount $59,266 is tax revenue from new property added to the roll this year”
