Palestine Independent School District issued the following announcement on Nov. 20.
It's that time of year again for the boys' soccer fundraiser! This year we are going to need your help. The boys have cards to sell, but we are unable to "blitz" this year, so if you want one let us know and we will get you a card or connect you with a player to get one. They are $10, normally $20, and include these businesses: The Donut Palace, Giovanni's, Applebee's, Cotton Patch, Old Magnolia, Wing Stop, Little Caesars, Wendy's, Chicken Express, Shep's, The Bowling Center, Whataburger, Dogwood Junction, Los 3 Amigos, Sonic, Jamie's Therapeutic Touch, Pizza Hut and Island Tans, so you get a good mix of local business and national chains. Also, there's an online option to get discounts in other towns where other schools are selling similar cards. These cards are good until December 1, 2021. They make great stocking stuffers.
