Integrated Waste Solutions Group LLC has received funding from NOVA Infrastructure to acquire 130 Environmental Park.
NOVA is an infrastructure investment firm that invests in various infrastructure projects. Green Group Holdings was also involved in the investment.
IWSG founder and Chairman Charlie Appleby touted the partnership with NOVA Infrastructure as he confirmed the investment.
"We are excited to announce our partnership with NOVA Infrastructure to fund our vertically integrated, solid-waste business strategy in selected geographic regions in the United States," Appleby said. "We are well-funded, have a strong and experienced management team, and are proud to work with the leadership of CTR and the 130 Environmental Park project to launch our business model in Central Texas,"
David Green, president of Green Group Holdings, says the investment will allow IWSG to "fully participate in integrated waste and recycling."
"Working with IWSG on the 130 Environmental Park project gives us the ability to participate in a fully integrated, solid-waste and recycling business in Central Texas," Green said. "This move gives IWSG the scale and leverage to compete in the market and provide comprehensive services to our customers. We are thrilled to be a part of the IWSG team."
