City of Athens issued the following announcement on Jan. 17.
The master plan steering committee met Thursday afternoon and worked on a community survey that will soon be published. The survey will provide important data to guide the planning process.
The committee also scheduled the next public meeting for Tuesday, March 31 at The Texan.
